Who We Are

A family story

We are Tania and Federico — husband and wife — and together with our daughter Arianna we share a life shaped by work, family, dedication, and many small dreams built with love over time.

Corte Averaldo is one of those dreams. A project we feel deeply connected to, because it grew out of real, personal, everyday involvement. It is not our main profession — and perhaps that is precisely why it means so much to us.

Federico runs Da Osvaldo, a beloved third-generation restaurant on Lake Garda, where tradition lives on through grilled fish, handmade pasta, and stunning lake views. Tania works in event planning across Italy — a profession that has given her a deep understanding of atmosphere, hospitality, and the art of making people feel truly welcome.

When you stay at Corte Averaldo, you are not booking an anonymous rental. You are entering a home created with heart, hosted by people who genuinely care about your Lake Garda experience.

We never imagined our Lake Garda holiday apartment as a standardised rental. We wanted it to have its own identity — so that every guest could feel the true character of the house, shaped by care, intention, and genuine respect for the place and its history.

We believe a holiday on Lake Garda becomes truly special when a place offers more than comfort alone. When there is atmosphere. When behind every choice there is sensitivity and meaning.
